ORDERING INFORMATION

Ordering (There is a link on left margin that opens up order form options)

Customers should try to list their orders in the same sequence as the items appear in the catalogue. Please state alternatives whenever possible. If no alternatives are listed and your first choice is sold out then a refund will be sent.

Payment

  • All payment must be made in STERLING. Payment can be made in cheques, postal orders (crossed or uncrossed) or unused British postage stamps. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to " DAVID FARRELL".
  • In order to prevent the need for issuing refunds, cheques can be left blank but endorsed with the words “NOT TO EXCEED” and the maximum amount you want to pay written clearly (in red ink if possible) on the cheque beside the amount box. When using this method, make the “Not to exceed £xx” as obvious as possible. I will always obey the instruction if I can see it, and banks are the same.
  • Payment in unused British postage stamps is acceptable provided the stamps are in denominations up £2 .
  • I incur bank handling charges when I deposit cheques and crossed postal orders. To compensate for this I will levy a surcharge of 15 pence on cheques or crossed postal orders made out for less than £5. The surcharge will not be levied for orders under £5 which are paid for by postage stamps or uncrossed postal orders, or for completed orders over £5.
  • If you wish to pay by uncrossed postal orders, please use the minimum number of postal orders. If rounding the remittance up to the next full pound means one postal order can be sent instead of two, then this would reduce the bank charges incurred processing your order.
  • Next list
  • Send 60p in stamps to ensure your copy or add 60p to your order. Republic of Ireland and European customers should send £1 .

  • QTR = slight cut off at the corner of the page does not effect the prog contents in any way.
  • Condition
  • All programmes are in good condition unless otherwise stated. Condition is judged by front cover. Poorer condition items will be sent if good copies have been sold. if you don't want a poorer item place an "X" in the "Poorer Copy" column on the order form beside those items.
  • Postage
  • Charges will be added to each order for postage and packing (“P&P”) costs incurred. Therefore, additional remittance should be sent to cover P&P.
  • As a rough guide, postage should be added at a rate of 50p for one item and 20p for each additional item.
  • Customers outside the UK (including all EC areas) should treble this suggested amount (i.e. £1.50 for the first item and 50p for each additional item).
  • Current season and recent big match programmes are heavier than ordinary league programmes, so please add extra postage.
  • Books are also much heavier than programmes, so again extra should be allowed for postage. A rough guide would be a minimum of £1.25 postage with an order for one book, and 60p for each additional book.
  • I would prefer customers to send too much postage than too little as if insufficient P&P is added, then the full order may not be sent, whereas all excess postage will be refunded.
  • Refunds
  • I will refund any excess in an order after adding P&P and cheque handling surcharges as appropriate. Refunds up to £5 will generally be sent in the form of unused British postage stamps, with the maximum denomination being the current first class postage rate. Refunds over £5 will be made by cheque. If you would prefer to receive any refund in the form of a credit note, please state that on your order.
